Very limited options In breakfast. Totally unprofessional management and staff. Owner's behavior is very rude. Guests in other room were doing party whole night with loud speaker. Another problem, you will not find any hotel staffs after 10pm, even there was no one in reception.

While rooms are clean and good, my 2 day stay was very unpleasent. I am traving with family of 5, mother ahed 70. After reaching we for surprise that 1 room is in 2nd floor and other in GF. Then when we came back in the evening, we see the flush in toilet not working. Reported to the boys and they simply ignored saying I can't do anything. We are asked by manager to adjust till morning, what kind of hospitality is this? Stay without a toilet? Upon expressing displeasure we were given 3rd floor room, while in the morning i was told no rooms are available and i have to shift to ground floor. Rhirdz we asked for water, only jug isnprovided, no packaged water. We saw boy filling water from the tap. When we questioned we were rols, it is awuahiard, on the face lie. We were td we need to pay if needed packaged water. The place is very noisy with vehcle sound all night. You can even hear other guests speaking in adjuscent rooms. Dogs barking all the nights. There are 2.boys as.care.taker, they do not understand any language other than Khasi, very difficult to converse. They know nothing and will not be able to help you even for smallest things like get me sugar. Rooms have no milk powder for tea or coffee. We were given milk when we asked where is the milk powder! Overall, not worth the experience we had for the money we paid. I could have had better experience in half the cost for sure. Breakfast is very limited and first time I saw a board that you can order only one boild egg, any more will be charged! You just have some cornflakes, banana, puri sabji, basic sandwitches. Then why 4k to 5K per room per night if limited BF, tap water, no milk, no flush? Again, rooms are pretty neat and clean, and that's all is the best part.

Loved everything about our stay at Kaizun. It is located not very far from the police bazar, has cozy and well maintained room. We loved the ambience in the room. Bedding was very comfortable, heater was really helpful, washroom was equipped with all the basic things. Breakfast was really good . Over all had an amazing stay.

Rooms: The rooms were very well maintained and were clean. We did face minor issues which were addressed immediately, so no complaints on that regard. Breakfast: The breakfast had a decent spread and was of good quality. Food options: As the name suggests, this is a bed and breakfast, and you don't get lunch and dinner here. However food delivery apps like Swiggy/Zomato deliver and we ordered food for lunch/dinner. Kaizun provides cutlery in this case. Location: It is in the city, 15 mins walk from the Police Bazar. Overall we expected a decent bed and breakfast and Kaizun met the expectations, we had a plesant stay.

Short walk from the hustling police bazar, stay at this apt B&B. Peaceful quite calm and clean. The owners have put in their thoughts to utilise every inch of the room to make it spacious and yet comfortable with all the possible amenities and services. For a B&B, this property is quite luxurious. The room had a nice feel to it. It was airy and the fragrance was soothing. There’s a queen size bed with a big mirror and a study on the other wall, accommodating a sitting area for your meals or just to sit back and watch the television and then a perfectly sized balcony with comfortable chairs. Do try to make reservation for the room with the balcony or the rooms at the terrace. The bathroom was big for a B&B with modular fittings and no spillage or broken pieces anywhere. The staff is extremely courteous and thanks to the most beautiful GM Ms. Meba, her staff is always around to help you and make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is basic but they do make a good filling breakfast. The staff is really quick and efficient with their services. More importantly, they are always ready to help you with whatever demands you may have. We surely had a warm and a comfortable stay. Thank you Kaizun!
